Billetproof CA 2013 – Pics and Thanks!

Billetproof CA 2013 was shaping up to be the largest show yet. Pre-registraitons were way up, we had to turn vendors away and we had 3 separate special displays of drag boats, unlimited hydroplanes and vintage trailers. The weather on both sides of the show was sunny and warm for weeks. But the day of the show, a cold front blew through and it started raining at 11;30am and didnt stop until after 3pm. Before that though, ~800 of Nor Cal’s best Hot Rods and Customs rolled into the Contra Costa County Fairgrounds along with ~3000 people. When the rain started, everyone hung out and had a good time. We moved the bands and the pin-up contest indoors and carried on with the show! Thanks to all that came out and despite the weather had a great time!

Stellar event right-up and into the rain and cold weather, and even then it was a slow exit for people and cars at the event. We had a great time, met a lot of interesting people and a lot of interest in our boats. California Speedboat Association (CSA) will be there next year in force with more VINTAGE BOATs from the past. Please stay in-touch with our us for next year, we’ve already started our planning of events for next year.
On the following Sunday, after the Saturday event at Billetproof, we were at the Michael J. Fox Concorse Show in Danville, which turned out to be a beautiful sunny day. Talked to a lot of people that were at the Billetproof show, but had to leave early due to the rain and still enjoyed the show, the cars, the bikes and boats. The venue was deverse and covered the crowd’s varied interests. The feedback at the Daville show was positive and they can’t wait til next year.
    We enjoyed it!
